I do like Leigh Blackall's term of Networked Learning and I think that good blogging fits better into that concept. You don't have to be aware that someone else exists but you could be part of their learning network because they read and re-mix your blog content. And likewise, I can access and add lots of different sources to my Bloglines but they don't have to know that they are part of my network. Community could be seen as a scenario where all participants have a reciprocal relationship - blogging does not have to be that at all to be valuable. If that was the case, how would someone gain entry into a blogging community? Lots of food for thought here - will Dave be remixing and reflecting on your thoughts?
